Azerbaijani plaintiffs have chosen wrong respondents

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chiragov and Others Against Armenia case is not subject to consideration of the European Court of Human Rights, as the control over the territories mentioned in the complaint of Azerbaijani plaintiffs is exercised by Artsakh authorities.

Representative of the Armenian government produced all essential documents to the Court.

On September 15, ECHR hosted hearings for the case entitled Chiragov and Others against Armenia. Hearings for the case Sargsyan against Azerbaijan will be held in the second half of the day. The cases indicate pertain to Karabakh conflict, specifically, the citizens’ rights to property.
