Russian-Armenian friendly ties strengthening, RF President says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev sent a congratulatory address to his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on occasion of Armenian Independence Day.

The letter says, in part, “I sincerely congratulate you on your national holiday, the Independence Day. During my recent visit to Armenia¸ I got added evidence that the centuries-old friendly traditions between our nations tend to strengthen… Today, Russia and Armenia build strategic partnership, hold intense political dialogue and coordinate actions at the international arena. We achieved success in economic and humanitarian fields. I am confident that implementation of joint agreements will serve for the glory of our nations and promote stability in the Transcaucasia.”
