Over 50 French MPs demand to withdraw Turkey’s financing within EU accession framework

PanARMENIAN.Net - Over 50 French MPs support introduction of amendments to the draft law on Financial Assignment, demanding to withdraw stipulation envisaging allocation of Euro 900 million to Turkey in 2007-2013 within the framework of EU accession.

As independent French journalist Jean Eckian told PanARMENIAN.Net polls conducted in France show the country supports Turkey’s privileged partnership, rather than full membership in EU.

European Committee has already allocated Euro 6 million to Turkey.
