  The Azerbaijani armed forces oppose to their President’s “goodwill” October 30, 2010 - 14:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Despite the humanitarian document signed by the Armenian and Azerbaijani President through the mediation of the Russian President, Baku persistently violates the ceasefire regime. 17 instances of the ceasefire violation at the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces were reported on October 28-29. Azerbaijan fired 120 shots at NKR positions. The fire was stopped due to retaliatory measures taken by the Karabakh armed forces, the press service of the NKR Defense Ministry reported.
