He gifted a couple of books to University rector Igor Maximtsev and made the following note in the guestbook: “I spent here the happiest days of my life among special people who determined the future course of my life. I wish all students were proud of the University as I am. The most important subject which is taught here is the ability to think.” Bestowing University’s silver medal on PM Sargsyan, rector Maximtsev expressed hope that education in Russia and Armenia will work for the welfare of the two countries.
