Nevertheless, Azerbaijan is loyal to peace talks and principles,” Aliyev said. “But, instead of conducting negotiations to achieve solution of the conflict, Armenia prefers to use conflict escalation, pursues illegal settlement policy and tries to change peace process into senseless one,” APA quoted the Azeri President as saying.
