Vahram Atanesyan: Azeri foreign policy in crisis situation

PanARMENIAN.Net - No serious progress was observed in Karabakh conflict settlement in 2010, according to the head of foreign relations committee at Artsakh parliament Vahram Atanesyan.

As he noted in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Armenian government succeeded in retaining of the so-called negotiation rhythm. “Armenian diplomacy success was most clearly perceived at OSCE summit in Astana, where the country was presented in a favorable light, in contrast to Azerbaijan.”

“I believe, Azeri foreign policy is currently in crisis situation,” Atanesyan remarked.
