Armenian Diaspora must form national agency for repatriation

PanARMENIAN.Net - At present stage, it’s essential for Armenian Diaspora to form a national agency focused on resolution of migration-related issues, according to independent Ukrainian expert Tigran Avakyan.

“The structure should have representations in regions of the presence of Armenian population. The agency should allow Diaspora Armenians, such as Iraq Armenians, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan Hemshils for the opportunity of repatriation, also creating conditions for effective adaptation,” Analitika.at.ua cited the expert as saying.
