  NKR President holds consultations with ARF Dashnaktsutyun representatives January 18, 2011 - 14:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 18, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan met with members of the Artsakh Central Committee of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun, led by representative of the organization David Ishkhanyan. Domestic and foreign policy of the country were in the focus of the meeting, the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office reported.
