Turkey, Azerbaijan clinch defense financing deal

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved the Agreement on military and financial cooperation between the government of Azerbaijan and the government of Turkey, signed on Dec. 16, 2010 in Ankara.

According to presidential decree, the Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of carrying out appropriate work to implement the agreement, while the Foreign Ministry obliges to inform the Turkish government on the implementation of the necessary domestic procedures, APA reported.
