Russia stands good chance to become chief negotiator in Karabakh process, Mikheev believes

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia stands a good chance to become the chief negotiator in Karabakh process, according Director of the Center of Political Conjuncture.

“The problem is that Yerevan and Baku can’t find a common ground,” Sergey Mikheev said during a TV space bridge.

He also emphasized that negotiators, specifically Russia, should not bear the entire responsibility for the process.
