OSCE inactive in regard to Azerbaijan, expert complains

PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of the Azerbaijani center for political innovation and technology slammed the 'ineffectiveness' of OSCE summit in Astana.

“OSCE has been inactive in regard to Azerbaijan,” Mubariz Ahmedoglu remarked.

“Despite general expectations, no specific decision on Karabakh conflict was passed. The consensual system of decision-making practiced at the summit prevents the structure from working effectively. Thus, no changes should to be expected even after the OACE parliamentary assembly,” Echo newspaper quoted Ahmedoglu as saying.
