Stepanakert not concerned about Moscow’s hyperactivity in Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Any successful implementation of the principle of people’s right to self determination throws Azeri authorities off-balance, according to the head of the NKR parliamentary committee for foreign relations.

Dwelling of Russia’s hyperactivity in Karabakh conflict settlement, Vahram Atanesyan noted that Karabakh parliament is not concerned about the fact. “The people of Karabakh are traditionally more Russia-oriented,” he explained.

“We positively assess Moscow’s mediation in Karabakh issue, believing that all interested parties should be involved in the settlement of the conflict,” Atanesyan stated.
