Today the deputy foreign minister of Armenia Levon Mkrtchian is giving a state reception on the occasion of opening Armenian consulate general in St. Petersburg.As Russian news agencies report, Levon Mkrtchian met with the Russian President's plenipotentiary in North-Western federal district Viktor Cherkesov on Monday, January 29. Armenian consul general Ruben Hakobian was introduced at the meeting.
