NO CERTAIN DAY IS APPOINTED FOR DISCUSSION OF ARMENIAN RESOLUTION IN THE HOUSE

PanARMENIAN.Net - 18.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Despite the statements by a number of US congressmen saying that the House will vote on this issue on October 17 the resolution is not included in the full House's October 17 and 18 agendas. Mediamax was informed in the Armenian National Committee of America that the resolution will be held this week.

The Turkish Anatolian News Agency says that despite the fact that no date has been scheduled for the resolution's debate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives Dennis Hastert could bring up the resolution to debate any moment he likes. -0--
