"We came close to make the first step", - the Armenian minister noted. "Despite the fact that it is still early to make any certain statements, I should say that the meeting has become a significant stage and I adhere to the opinion that within the near months we will fix the first small positive return on the Armenian-Turkish border issue", - he said.
