Event. Time" regional contest held in 2003. The organization won the "Cooperation" nomination, evaluating the activities of Kaliningrad's residents in the sphere of preservation and development of national traditions. "ArmSICC" headed by Felix Gevorkian, who is the founder of "Nairi in Kaliningrad" regional Armenian newspaper and "Armenia" dancing group, possesses several branches in the provinces and towns of the Kaliningrad region.
