ARMENIAN SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION AND CULTURAL CENTER RECOGNIZED BEST ORGANIZATION OF 2003 IN KALININGRAD REGION OF RUSSIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Scientific Information and Cultural Center, a public organization acting in the Russian city of Kaliningrad has been recognized the best due to the outcomes of "Man. Event. Time" regional contest held in 2003. The organization won the "Cooperation" nomination, evaluating the activities of Kaliningrad's residents in the sphere of preservation and development of national traditions. "ArmSICC" headed by Felix Gevorkian, who is the founder of "Nairi in Kaliningrad" regional Armenian newspaper and "Armenia" dancing group, possesses several branches in the provinces and towns of the Kaliningrad region.
