  ANC 100 Step economic program can theoretically be used by RA authorities June 17, 2010 - 15:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 100 Step economic program developed by the Armenian National Congress can theoretically be used by the Armenian authorities, according to ANC representative Vahagn Khachatryan. “However, if applied, this program will put an end to the current oligarchic system, as it envisages economy liberalization,” Khachatryan emphasized. “Due to this very reason, the program will not be implemented by the incumbent leadership.” Toughing upon the economic situation in Armenia, he noted that the crisis will persist, as presently taxes are collected from small and medium sized businesses, what will bring to their complete disappearance.
