PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 17, Upper Lars checkpoint patrol allowed Spayka Company tracks to cross the checkpoint.

As the head of Spayka logistics department Gevorg Budaghyan told PanARMENIAN.Net the reports on the trucks being forbidden passage because of document-related issues are untrue.
