Superior control bodies play a significant role in it. Control over usage of public resources is an important mechanism for increasing the efficiency of the institution of state power, consequently, the level of society’s satisfaction, its respect and trust towards the state as a whole,” reads the welcoming speech of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan addressed to the session participants. The session brought together heads of superior financial control bodies of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. However, the head of the Azerbaijani control chamber has not arrived in Yerevan, pleading his being busy.
