  RA government and Haypost Trust Management sign memorandum of understandingNovember 16, 2010 - 16:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government, represented by the Minister of Transport and Communication, signed on November 16 a memorandum of understanding with Haypost Trust Management, the Ministry’s press service reported. The document was signed by Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan and CEO of the company Juan Pablo Gechijian. A bilateral commission will be established as part of the signed memorandum to submit offers concerning a new role of the Concessionary Manager of Haypost CJSC.
