The document was signed by Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan and CEO of the company Juan Pablo Gechijian. A bilateral commission will be established as part of the signed memorandum to submit offers concerning a new role of the Concessionary Manager of Haypost CJSC.
