  SCR strengthens rail facilities control December 23, 2010 - 12:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As a part of its defectoscopy strategy, the South Caucasus Railways will establish 2 diagnostic sectors in Yerevan and Gyumri to strengthen rail facilities control. The measure will help ensure security of the railway lines, the SCR said in a statement.
