Growth recorded in governmental subsidies in Armenia in 2010February 5, 2011 - 16:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration Vache Terteryan said that, as part of the policy on financial equalization of subsidies, the Armenian government made a first-ever decision to set the amount of subsidies above the envisaged 4% of the state budget actual revenues in 2010. Subsidies totaled 32bln or 4.6% of the state budget actual revenues in 2010 against AMD 28bln, Terteryan told a press conference in Yerevan. “In other words, the 4% level of subsidies was surpassed for the first time over the past 10 years,” Terteryan said, adding that the level of subsidies will be maintained also in 2011.
