The Court is supposed to announce its decision by the end of the day. Today, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) must submit explanations and answer the questions of Constitutional Court members and ANC lawyer Vahe Grigoryan, after which the parties will come up with a final speech. Thus, it’s not ruled out that the Court will deliver its decision only tomorrow, May 30, the paper says.
