Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan congratulated Bako Sahakyan on his re-election as Artsakh Republic President. Artsakh’s spiritual leader wished success to the President in implementation of projects planned and promoting the country’s development. Issues related to the ties between the state and the church were discussed during the meeting, with the parties stressing the importance of their expansion, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
