Meanwhile, Karen Grigoryan and Vahe Baghdasaryan suffered defeats by Michael Antipov (Russia) and Ulvi Bajarani (Azerbiajan) respectively. Ter-Sahakyan scored 9 points to come 6th, Grigoryan was placed 41st with 7 points; Baghdasaryan - 49th with 7 points. With 5,5 points Shushanna Sargsyan came 49th.
