Coach names Armenia’s squad for U 23 European Boxing Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - 7 boxers will represent Armenia at U 23 European Championships, chief coach said.

“The team is ready for the championships. I hope they will perform successfully. Armenian delegation will depart for Russian city of Kaliningrad tonight, where our athletes will have the final trainings,” Karen Aghamalyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

Armenia’s line-up for the championships comprises: Koryun Soghomonyan (49 kg), Narek Abgaryan (52 kg), Hovhannes Bochkov (60 kg), Arthur Kirajyan (64 kg), Hrayr Matevosyan (69 kg) and Armen Simonyan (91 kg).

EUBC European Olympic Hopes 19-22 Boxing Championships 2012 are due December 9-19 in Russian city of Kaliningrad.
