CIS observer hails conditions for monitoring elections in ArmeniaJanuary 25, 2013 - 18:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met Jan 25 with a group of CIS observers, led by Deputy CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Gorkun. Minister Nalbandian hailed the CIS observer mission’s activity, expressing gratitude for monitoring electoral processes in Armenia. Mr Gorkun, in turn, highly assessed the conditions created for observers, noting that about 170 CIS observers will monitor the polls, headed by CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev.
