PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian beat USA’s Hikaru Nakamura in Tata Steel Group A chess tournament round 11 to climb to 2nd spot with 7,5 points.

Norway’s Magnus Carlsen is leading the tournament with 8,5 points, with world champion Viswanathan Anand of India 3rd 7 points.

In round 12, Aronian will face off against Netherlands' Anish Giri (8th with 5 points.)
