He scored 12,5 points out of 18 to finish 15th among 269 participants. Grandmaster Ian Nepomniachtchi (Russia) won the tournament with 15,5 points. The final has been slated for Feb 16-17, with 8 invited chess stars and 8 tournament winners to participate.
