CSTO TO FORM COLLECTIVE PEACEKEEPING FORCE

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Collective Security Treaty Organization ( CSTO) intends to form collective peacekeeping forces and collective forces for interaction in emergency situations, CSTO Sec. Gen. Nikolay Bordyuzha stated. «At the meeting of the Organization statute bodies - Defense and Foreign Affairs Councils the overall package of documents of part of them, regulating actions of the collective forces will be submitted for consideration,» the CSTO Sec. Gen. stated. «These are complicated documents that provide for many amendments due to ideological differences.» «We are disposed for all states to take part in the collective forces,» Bordyuzha remarked, reported ITAR-TASS. It should be noted that the Collective Security Treaty Organization comprises Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
