PFA: Hovannisian won in constituencies with no frauds reported

PanARMENIAN.Net - Policy Forum Armenia (PFA) organization completed the preliminary analysis of the results of Feb 18 presidential polls in Armenia. According to the analysis, the opposition candidate Raffi Hovannisian won in the constituencies with no voting violations reported with at least 4% advantage over reelected president Serzh Sargsyan.

“The results prove the large-scale forgery reported at 2013 presidential elections, questioning the role of the international observers. We encourage Raffi Hovannisian and his supporters to urge for election recount or announce the polling results invalid as the sole guarantee of the country’s development,” the report reads.
