Meanwhile, observers have been appointed by Prosperous Armenia, Heritage, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Orinats Yerkir and the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). Under RA Election Code, each parliamentary group must appoint one observer within ten days after the election day was set.
