  Karabakh President commemorates Armenian Genocide April 24, 2013 - 12:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The President of Nagorno Karbakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, accompanied by top officials, visited the memorial complex of the capital to lay flowers at the monument of the innocent victims of the 1915 Armenian Genocide, the Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
