Henrikh Mkhitaryan asks Shakhtar for 2,5 mln euro annual salary

PanARMENIAN.Net - A midfielder for Armenian national team and Shakhtar Donetsk FC Henrikh Mkhitaryan may leave the Ukrainian club this summer, reports say.

Mkhitaryan, whose annual salary at Shakhtar amounted to 1 million euro, asked for a raise to 2,5 million, with the request turned down by coach Mircea Luchescu as “unfeasible,” champion.com.ua.

However, Shakhtar might want to revise contract terms for the 24-year-old player, who had already gained the interest of a number of European clubs.
