Judo coach displeased with European Championships results

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chief coach of Armenian judo team Tigran Babayan has expressed dissatisfaction with the athletes’ performance at the European Championships.

“The team conducted an effective practice session prior to the championships. I think the psychological factor prevented our judokas from showing good results,” the coach told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“I expected Hovhannes Davtyan, Armen Nazaryan and Hakob Arakelyan to secure medals. Davtyan was expected to reach the final,” Babayan said.
