Aronian shares 3rd-4th spots after Norway Chess round 6

PanARMENIAN.Net - Levon Aronian beat Norway’s Jon Ludvig Hammer in the 6th round of Norway Chess tournament. The Armenian grandmaster gained 3,5 points to share 3rd-4th spots with Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.)

Sergey Karjakin is leading the tournament with 4 points, followed by Norway’s Magnus Carlsen (4 points.) In round 7, Aronian will face off against Wang Hao (China).

The remaining pairings are as follows: Peter Svidler (Russia)-Veselin Topalov (Russia), Karjakin-Nakamura, Teymour Radjabov (Azerbaijan)-Viswanathan Anand (India), Hammer – Carlsen.
