Armenia’s First Republic Day to be celebrated in Toronto

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s First Republic Day will be celebrated in Toronto, with an exhibition of Meruzhan Khachatryan’s paintings and a photo exhibit titled “Independence” to open on May 30.

The celebrations will feature “Tigranes the Great” solo performance and a festival of Armenian patriotic songs.

A festive liturgy will be served on Sunday, May 2, with ambassador Armen Yeganian to give a solemn reception on June 2 to celebrate the 85th anniversary of Armenia’s First Republic Day
