Minister Karapetyan stressed the importance of French involvement in the field, as well as deepening of cooperation. Minister briefed the envoy on the assistance programs under implementation, stressing the need for introduction of agricultural cooperation system and boosting food security. He noted private sector enlargement, creation of an insurance system and development of greenhouses, upgrading farm equipments and trainings among the priorities of the field. The envoy, in turn, invited the Armenian minister to France to discuss cooperation prospects with his counterpart.
