PanARMENIAN.Net - Robert Hovhannisyan and Hovhannes Gabuzyan gained 3 points each to share 1st – 2nd spots after the Jermuk-hosted Karen Asryan Memorial round 3.

The 6th Karen Asryan Memorial is hosting 55 participants.

Karen Asryan, the champion of 2006 Chess Olympiad, died of stroke at the age of 28 in 2008. The Chess Giants tournament, which was stopped over his death, was later named after him.
