Source names owners of Henrikh Mkhitaryan transfer rights

PanARMENIAN.Net - Multiple reports of the Armenia and Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s transfer to Liverpool FC have flooded media.

However, aware of the prolific player’s potential, his current owners are not in a hurry to strike a deal, lest they might make a bad bargain, Sport-Express said.

‘Owners’ being a key word here, Shakhtar Donetsk, the president of the Football Federation of Armenia Ruben Hayrapetyan and a major businessman Oleg Mkrtchyan share rights to the player.

To find a way out while trying to please all the sides, a world known football agent Mino Raiola was invited. A true master of his trade, Raiola got representatives of several top football clubs to vie for Mchitaryan, with the list including Juventus, Milan, Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham.

Seems like Mhitaryan is only a step away from becoming the most expensive player in post-Soviet space.
