OSCE mission monitors NKR-Azeri armed forces contact lineOctober 25, 2013 - 18:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 25, in accordance with the agreement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the OSCE Mission conducted a planned monitoring of the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces near Martakert region’s Levonarkh village. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistants Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria) and Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic). From the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine) and staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg. The monitoring passed in accordance with the agreed schedule. No violation of the ceasefire was registered. From the Karabakh side, the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense, NKR MFA press service reported.
