7 freestyle wrestlers to represent Armenia at World Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - Seven athletes will represent Armenia at the 2015 UWW World Wrestling Championships, to be held from Sept 7 to 15 in Las Vegas, United States, the national team’s head coach Arayik Baghdadyan said, according to the Wrestling Federation of Armenia.

Garik Barseghyan (57 kg), Volodya Frangulyan (61 kg), Davit Safaryan (65 kg), Grigor Grigoryan (74 kg), Musa Murtazaliyev (86 kg), Edgar Yenokyan (97 kg), Levan Berianidze (125 kg) will participate in the competition.

The national team will leave for Las Vegas Sunday, Aug 30, to hold the final 10-day training session there.
