Armenia to participate in Street Workout World Championship

PanARMENIAN.Net - About three dozen athletes from Armenia, its provinces and Nagorno Karabakh participated in the Street Workout Cup in Yerevan, with the winner set to take part in the World Championship.

Sergey Tevosyan from Verin Artashat won the tournament, with Aram Vardanyan from Yerevan and Yura Manukyan from Tashir following in the second and third spots, respectively.

Tevosyan will thus represent Armenia at the world championship next summer, set to be held in Moscow.

This type of physical activity has gained increasing popularity among Armenians, also attracting young girls who performed in the framework of the national championship in Yerevan.
