Addressing a NATO meeting in Istanbul, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called on the European Union to tighten its approach to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). Brussels has listed the PKK as a terrorist group, but Erdogan said the group’s members are allowed to travel freely within the bloc.
