Syria talks in Geneva postponed from February 8 until end of month

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday, January 27 that talks on the Syria crisis in Geneva had been postponed from February 8, Reuters says.

"The date of February 8 has been pushed back until the end of next month," Lavrov told a meeting with Syrian opposition groups to discuss the peace talks in Astana

The meeting in the Kazakh capital ended on Tuesday without a major breakthrough.
