The Azerbaijani President will personally send invitations to heads of state, he said. "Azerbaijan undertakes to hold the event in compliance with all accepted rules. In 1998, when Azerbaijan hosted a similar summit, Armenian Prime Minister arrived instead of the President. Presently, the atmosphere is rather calm. Presidents and Foreign Ministers hold meetings in various cities. We do not see any problems and will do everything to hold the event in a proper way," Mustafayev said.
