PanARMENIAN.Net - Sergey Karjakin of Russia and Levon Aronian of Armenia, both of whom suffered tough losses in the previous round, played a quick draw in the Sinquefield Cup Round 3.

In other games, France's Maxime Vachier-Lagrave had a dominating position against Russia's Peter Svidler, while n the all American match up of Wesley So and Hikaru Nakamura, the current U.S. champion was pressing with the white pieces but could not convert his extra pawn.

World Champion Magnus Carlsen and Viswanathan Anand of India also ended the game with a draw.

Carlsen, Vachier-Lagrave and Caruana remain in the lead.
