Azerbaijan hid death of two soldiers killed in April War in 2016

PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Azerbaijani special forces Ehliyet Mehdiyev has revealed recently that a fellow special squad soldier, Shahriar Eyvazov, had been killed in an Armenian artillery fire in April, 2016, Razm.info reports.

Azerbaijan on April 2, 2016 launched a large-scale military offensive against Nagorno Karabakh, which left hundreds dead on both sides. Top Armenian and Azerbaijani defense officials reached an agreement on the cessation of hostilities on April 5 in Moscow. The offensive is known as the Four-Day War or the April War.

Besides, another Azerbaijani serviceman, Sabirli Adil Tehranoglu was also killed, most probably, in non-combat conditions.

The Azerbaijani side had not reported on the death of the two soldiers.
