  Azeri soldier detained in NKRApril 14, 2008 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An Azeri soldier was detained by NKR Defense Army servicemen when crossing the border on April 11.The captive did not have any documents and introduced himself as Eybat Vyusal Shirsultan ogly, born in Shemakhi region of Azerbaijan in 1989, the NKR MFA press office reported. The NKR state commission on POWs and missing brought the incident to the notion of the OSCE and ICRC offices.
